Campout Canceled - The campout originally scheduled for September 24-26 at Paul B. Johnson State Park has been canceled.  If you go, don't expect to see anyone you know there

Ad Altare Dei Retreat - A weekend retreat is scheduled at Camp Abbey for all participants in the Ad Altare Dei Program.  The retreat is scheduled for October 1st through the 3rd. 

Ryan McCall Named Senior Patrol Leader for 1999-2000

Scoutmaster Richard Sirera announced the new Troop 23 Junior Leaders at Friday night's Court of Honors.  Ryan McCall, son of Cam & Sandy McCall,

was named the new Senior Patrol Leader.  Please join Troop 23 in congratulating Ryan on this much deserved special honor.
Good Golly Miss Molly - Little Richard due September 20th

The Sirera's baby is due September 20th.  Mr. Richard will be much too busy changing diapers and waiting hand and foot on Mrs. Sirera to attend

the campout at Paul B. Johnson State Park.  We hope to have more parents volunteer for that weekend.  For more information contact Keith or Richard

Adult Leader Training - The adult leader training courses are scheduled for Sat., Sept 18th, Wednesday Sept 29th and the weekend of Oct 1- 3rd.  Any interested adults should contact Keith or Richard.

Youth Protection Training is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 21st  at Council Service Center.  Alternate dates are November 17th (also a T23 Committee meeting) and Tuesday, January 25, 2000. Details to follow.
